The History of Blount County Co-op Blount County Farmers Cooperative was established March 1, 1934 with 150 members and was located on 2nd street in Oneonta. We were at this location until 1946. Then in 1946 we built a new building just across the railroad tracks and occupied this building until 1952. Land was purchased on 2nd Ave. (Hwy 75) and a new building was built and this is where we remain to this day.
